Revolutionary War Veterans

John Bartlett fought in the Revolution in the Virginia line.  Pension Record/Application S39158.

Abraham Wood; fought in Revolution for 7 yrs.  Was the surrender at York and many other major battles; Brandywine, Germantown, etc.

James Lynn, Pvt, 15th Virginia Regiment (militia) Commanded by Capt Rader, 3rd Division, 3rd Virginia Brigade under Capt Thomas - Personal ID: VA25810

Thomas and John Lindley - John fought for the British in the Revolution, I believe Thomas was also a British sympathizer.  John ended up going over to the American side.

Captain Nicholas Trosper; Rev War

Nicholas Ruxton Moore, (Md) 2d Lieutenant of Fulford's Company Maryland Cannoneers, March, 1776; Lieutenant 4th Continental Dragoons, 2d February, 1777; Captain, 15th March, 1778; resigned 31st December, 1778; Captain Maryland Cavalry Militia in 1781.  (Died 9th March, 1816.

Nicholas Pyle, Fought for the British in the Rev War

Gideon Hogg - He was a private in Coleman's Company, having enlisted in January 1782 for twenty-one months.

William Coursey; Private in the 9th VA Regiment during the Revolutionary War

Mark Delon; Private in Rev War, American side, North Carolina

James Francis Moore; He was commissioned a Lieutenant in the 12th Pennsylvania Regiment (aka Miles Pennsylvania Rifle Regiment), March 19, 1776. Became a Captain on October 25, 1776 ~ 1st Lieutenant of Miles' Pennsylvania Rifle Regiment 19th March, 1776; Captain Pennsylvania State Regiment, 25th October, resigned August 2, 1779.

James Fox - Revolutionary War - James Fox was a members of Captain Joel Lewis' Company of Light Horse from Wilkes Co. North Carolina. He and his brothers were all present at the battle of Kings Mountain which was a turning point in the Revolutionary War.  MANY more to come
