First Generation
Nicholas Phelps, son of James PHELPS
& Joan UNKNOWN. James was born in 1586 in Tewkesbury,
England. Nicholas, born circa 1630 married Hannah BASKEL. Born circa 1630 (of Mass). Hannah died in
Perquimans Co., North Carolina aft 1695. Nicholas
died circa 1676 in Virginia. See Hannah Baskel Phelps'

They came on the ship, Hercules.
The Hercules departed
London
on March 24, 1633/4, and from
Southampton on April 18, 1634, for
New
England. (No arrival date specified in these sources.) The
Hercules was one of several ships temporarily detained in London in
February, 1633/4. See

Hannah PHELPS. Born abt 1654 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts. Hannah died in Perquimans
Co., North Carolina. In 1672
when Hannah was 18, she first married James PERISHO, son of Joshua
PERISHO & Elizabeth ? UNKNOWN. Born in Bretagne, France ? James died on
29 Mar 1678 in Perquimans Co., North Carolina.

Fourth Generation
Eleanor PERISHO. Born on 18 Dec 1673 in
Perquimans Co., North Carolina. Eleanor died in Perquimans Co., North
Carolina in 1722, she was 48.
On 5 Jun 1689 when Eleanor was 15, she married William BOGUE, 4TH,
son of William BOGUE, III & Jane Edwards CLARE, in Perquimans, NC.
Born in Near Aucheneraw, Scotland. William died on 20 Dec 1720 in Perquimans
Co., North Carolina.
