Note: Was in Baltimore Co. by 1692, either as head of household on north side of Patapsco Hundred, or listed as being in the county with Robert Wilmot. Wife Jane renounced the will on 24 Oct 1719; estate was administered by son, John, on 4 May 1722. Marriage 1 Jane ?, Married: BEF 1682.

To son Robert, part of tract "Rachel's Prospect." To wife Rachel, dau. Constant, wife of Wm. Cromwell, dau. Dinah Towson, wife of Wm. Towson, dau. Rachel, dau.
