30 Aug 1701: Nathaniel's (Ruxton, father of Nicholas)
widow Mary conveys 500 acres ("Ruxton's Range" and "Howell's Point") to
Richard Colegate, merchant, of Baltimore Co., Maryland, for 6,000 pounds
